Bouchra AL HALMUNI is a Digital Entrepreneur, Full-stack Developer, Designer, Mentor, Speaker, Artist, and TechWomen fellow. She is the founder of Boxra, WEBA (Women's E-Business Academy) and co-founder of T.A.W (The Amazing Woman).

Bouchra AL HALMUNI is a highly accomplished Digital Entrepreneur, Full-stack Developer, Designer, Mentor, Speaker, Artist, Women TechMakers Ambassador, and TechWomen fellow. Her expertise spans a wide range of front-end and back-end languages, responsive frameworks, databases, and best coding practices. Bouchra's objective is to excel as a web developer and make significant contributions to the technology industry. In 2021, Bouchra founded Boxra, a creative digital agency specializing in communication, marketing, website, application creation, social media, and e-commerce. She also co-founded T.A.W, an African social enterprise focused on equipping women with digital, business, and leadership training. As a passionate learner, Bouchra actively mentors aspiring individuals in various programs such as EU: Africa, Hack the Normal From Africa For Africa Hackathons, WeTech, Youth International Conclave, Codbar, and as a Women TechMakers Ambassador for Google Developers. She shares her knowledge and learning journey to empower youth. Bouchra's dedication to volunteering has led her to speak and moderate online events for renowned international organizations, including JCI, GDG, YIC, Geekle.us, Techbenchers, Eshan group of institutions, and MIRAS. In her role as Vice President of Junior Chamber International of Tétouan, Bouchra has launched numerous local and international projects and collaborated with over 30 JCI chapters worldwide. Her efforts were recognized with awards for the best local organization, best vice president, and best project manager. Additionally, her international projects, JCI4GOOD and SkillSpur, received accolades for the best international collaboration and best skills development projects. Bouchra is a certified #IamRemarkable Facilitator and a member of prestigious international organizations such as Google Developer Groups, Women TechMakers, Women Who Code, and Women Empowerment Zone. She actively contributes to society as a paramedic in the Moroccan Red Crescent and serves as the Minister of Digital Economy in the Moroccan Parallel Youth Government.
